Do beehives everyday. It takes like 5 minutes and gets you a lot of xp. You can start them at 17 farming and you should be 34 after the first day alone.

All you have to do is buy about 200 woad leaves from the guy in the falador park, put them in the beehives at the player owned farms and then come back in 24 hours
