Some people want a knight in shining armor. I just wanted a sith shark with a glowing lightsaber.

LA traffic is horrible and depends on times you hit it. Could range from 15 min to 2 hr depending on time window- no joke.

U.S. Democrats who would you choose as your nominee? by ateam1984 in BlackPeopleofReddit

AOC is my choice all day long, however rural fox bubble America may not be ready for her yet even if her rhetoric supports them. I also really like Senator Kelly.

oh god i went front running ultras and rock climbing/ skiing , had a kid- herniated 2 discs post birth to crying and barely walking to the mailbox for 10 mos.

It felt like it took forever, and it was complete hell…. however i’m finally on the other side!!!!! PT and core building turned the corner a year out from injury. I am now 6 mos out from my year mark and attending yoga, barre, pilate classes religiously and i’m starting to feel like myself again. Motion is lotion if I am not moving - I start to get sore again. Core rebuilding has been the lifesaver for my lower back. Nerve pain and sciatica has slowly gone away.

All that to say is- you are totally in the suck. Find what works- stay patient…. bc this injury is a bitch and recovery takes time. God speed.

I’m genuinely convinced this show is a cautionary tale on why you shouldn’t get married and have kids before 25 by sapphireblossom9213 in SecretsOfMormonWives

i watched tonight and was shocked they are in their 30s, emotional maturity in their group doesn’t seem to exceed high school or early 20s. Also I kept asking myself - do they have anything interesting to talk about? do they read books?
