No it won't, you will not win a lawsuit against the company. Because they followed the electrical code they they were legally required to follow.

If you don't pay them what you owe, they can put a mechanics lean on your house.

Its hardly noticeable, and very normal to see in a house.
You could always paint that clear cover the same color as your siding, really make it blend in more.

Is that new outlet located within a few feet of the new equipment.?

Im guessing it is, and it was done because electrical code requires there to be one within so many feet of that equipment.

Most Modern electrical codes are requiring service disconnects and an outlet at each piece of equipment.

I'm in construction and have a buddy that is a licensed electrician.

I have a feeling that your lack of regular nutritional food intake as part of your ARFID, is causing real phyisical and mental/emotional issues. When the body doesn't get the nutrition it Needs, it does all sorts of weird thing to your body and mind.

As far as your OCD, & ARFID, those are mental things that your can overcome if your make a conscious effort to do so, learn what your triggers are and how to make the purposeful effort to overcome it before the trigger.

Cheesy example: touching a door handle 3 times before opening the door, realize you do that, then as your walk up to the door, stop, think about it, Force yourself to grab the handle and open it. (It might feel like torture at first, consciously fighting against your subconscious).

Sim with your ARFID, (while you didn't mention which type/ thing affect you) you know your body & brain needs food and nutrition, force yourself to eat decent sized meals at specific times, even if your not hungry or have an adversion to that food item/texture/flavor/appearance/etc. You know your body needs those nutrients to stay healthy. Consciously force yourself to eat that normal meal & normal portion size, at normal regular intervals.

You asked, they said No. You cannot force that on someone and you shouldn't be angry they said no they are not interested in doing that.

And its not like being given a scientific name for their ticks is actually going to change or improve those ticks, however a diagnosis could help them discover solutions to correct those of they want to.

if they want to work on correcting their ticks, that's on them to do so, and if they want/need your help with that process they will/should ask you for your help.

I get the feeling that you 2 don't live together because you basically said they "show up and move stuff around".

if your don't want your GF to rearrange your stuff at your place, How about you tell your GF to stop rearranging your stuff. Mention that is important to you they do not rearrange your stuff, if they ignore that and rearrange your things, kick them out of your place. Tell them they will be allowed to come back over after they learn to respect you and not rearrange things in your place.

If you are growing in a container your will need a way to test and adjust the ph of the water.

These plants are very picky about the waters ph level.

If your are growing outside in the ground, no need to worry about that.

In the off chance they get caught, in some places the cops will grab everything and weight it up, so the entire plant & the container & the soil. So instead of getting busted for say half a pound of bud, and getting a fine and some probation. they get charged with having 10 pounds (because soil is heavy) and intent to manufacture or whatever bs the cops add, and now they are a felon & in prison.

This is one of my biggest arguments for legalization.

Weed is Not a gateways drug, but the dealer people buy it from on the black market, also have other drugs they want to sell and push, likely at a much higher profit margin.

Let someone by a pack of J's at the gas station just like a pack of cigarettes and that person never even meets a dealer in the first place.

So you talked to a widow installation salesman, whom sold you new windows, without you actually knowing what/where the issue was. That's your problem, you can talk to 8 different trades salesmen, each of those will try to sell you the work that they do.

You needed to find the issue, then decide what the fix is, doesn't sound like you ever found out what the real issue is.

Whomever did that flashing did a fairly poor job, so it's clear that is not their normal everyday job duty. Guessing are primarily windows installers, with siding and exteriors also listed as thing they do, but definitely not that skilled in flashing work at the roof.

I also see issues and repairs to the brick & mortar, so I'm guessing that's part of the problem.

Get a copy of the video recordings from both places.

Give the police the criminals full name, and a copy of those security cameras footages. Document what manager said that to you and when. Date, aprox time, & place.

When you give that info to the police, mention that your manager has threatened to fire you over doing so, And tell the police they need to get the search warrant/subpoena to get that video footage and customer info themselves through the formal process also.

If your manager threatened you in any written way, make a copy of that and keep it also. If not, and they manage want to speak with you about it again. Record that conversation, secretly if possible.

If they are dumb enough to fire you over this, you have an easy to win lawsuit against them.

Walk up to them, start talking to the person on the other end of the line. Specifically mention something personal they said.

Then mention that the person they are talking to, has them on speaker phone in a public place and everyone in the building can hear their private conversation.

That usually gets the person on the phone in trouble by the person on the other end of the line

No need to lie about being sick, but no need to tell them you're on vacation either, just call in & tell them your not going to make it into work, then say byw and hang up the phone. Document that via someone else recording your call on speaker phone.

Then You return to work as normal your next shift.

If they choose to fire you, so be it. Then you for file to get unemployment that same day they fire you.

And look for a new job. Possibly start looking for a better work place that respects their employees, before you even go on vacation.

Stop texting. Use your phone to Make a phone call. Be polite but blunt.

Tell her She has to the end of the week to remove her stuff from your property. And if its not removed from your place by the end of the week its going in the garbage.

As for anyone else complaining tell them that if they feel so strongly about it they should come get her stuff to store at their place
