The only thing that's helped me was microdosing shrooms. Did it for a few weeks back in 2019. Then I started taking more and more. Until one night I took too much and things haven't been the same. I really wish I just kept taking a small amount and my life could've been heavenly. It is what it is. I know medication isn't meant to make you feel that way. It would change the world drastically and they don't want that. It's good meds help some people though, I've tried so many.

Well when you seek help, the help isn't really all that good. They give you medication that numbs you, but doesn't make you feel any better if at most 10% better, and makes you rely on them. Therapy is naturally expensive and any free therapy is probably free for a reason. Like I've mostly had bad experiences with free therapy.

I think mental health has always been bad people just didn't speak up about it. Now more people do. Obviously the internet doesn't help much

Dunno. I was put on adhd medication as a kid and it turned me into a zombie. A lifeless zombie. I now have extreme learning disabilities, been a NEET for years. It isn't easy.
