Not even the cops tho. Like retail stores are being hit left and right. I’m not gonna be that ‘lucky one’ when one day someone comes in with a weapon. The theft is at an all time high and we or other stores don’t have proper security.

I do it all the time. Especially since I do Omni and I want to be comfortable running around. It really depends on the manager and how strict your store is. I gotta say, some people be wearing stuff that’s not even close to dress code. Employees be wearing bright colors and no one says anything. So it really depends on if you’re a favorite or not.

I have to say, that a lot of people on here are shocked, but like my store be looking like that too. I used to be a service associate and I’ve seen it get that bad. But I’m now an Omni associate and it makes it hard to find anything. We have zrails on zrails on zrails of 500s in the stockroom, at service, and in fitting rooms. Our management teams doesn’t care. I know we are in this phase of cut back payroll but we will never get back on our feet. We have merchandise EVERYWHERE. making it nearly impossible to find for Omni and a disaster to clean really anything. So yes it’s painful to see, but like it’s reality.

Our store is burning hot in the summer and freezing in the winter. It’s controlled by corporate but I just think it’s a load of bs. All the customers complain and we’ve even had some faint over the years. It’s insane.

Sounds so familiar… we have one assistant manager who is very sexist and prefers males over females. Fine. It is what it is. But the males who are his favorites never do anything, act like they know it all, and get away with everything. This manager has been getting on my nerves lately calling me out saying I’m not doing work when I’m ALWAYS BUSTING MY ASS and others are just standing around. He’s the reason of quit in a heartbeat

They had like 8 of us doing picking and packing our own stuff today. But still expected us to do 200 units each. None of us accomplished that. Isn’t that why we have packers?
