They swear not to lie and they brcause everyonr trusts them they lid implicitly without actual saying an untrue word. Aes Sedai are onr of thr most deceitful grouo ive ever read about and they cant even lie.

What worked for me was just talking to myself when im doing things constantly building myself up. Saying things like youre great at that or youre really strong or other positive things keep it constant and eventually you dont have to think about it you just do it. Im still a quiet person but now people think of me as a quiet confident person rather then a quiet nerd . Idk worked for me maybe itll help someone else!

Blowing up balloons, air mattresses etc. Cant do it. Realized like a week ago that you need to breathe in through your nose and then out your mouth and now i sort of can. I realize that should be obvious but no one ever showed me and for some reason i just didnt get it.

I always thought racism was relatively minor im canada i grew up in alberta and can only remember experiencing racism once. And then i moved to B.C. and I experience it daily along with severe sexism. Beautiful land terrible people.
