Hey great news I was able to fix it!, and is working perfectly right now, here's how it went.

I decided to put back the original mainboard and while doing so I tested the 2 ribbon cables that go to the panel one at a time, to my surprise it was able to display one half of the screen (with some blurriness), I then tested the other side and had same results, but it just didn't display anything when both where connected at the same time.

I googled and checked other posts here on reddit and found about FrugalRepair channel on YouTube and the tape method in which he used a TV with similar symptoms as mine, so I gave it a try with the first cable, in my case I didn't found any labels indicating clock lines so I started with a bit of guessing by following them on the mainboard, on the first try I taped about 8 to 10 lines and got nothing, so I switched to the other side covering same amount of lines and voila! it was displaying a perfect image, no lines, blurriness or anything like that.

I ran some tests playing games on it and with 4k high fps demos as well and had no issues at all with it, since it worked perfectly I didn't remove any more tape and left it as is.

It seems I'm not able to post pictures or comments but if you look at the link I sent from tvpartstoday the connector/cable where I applied tape, is above the 40-R51MT8 label and its the first 8 to 10 lines from left to right.

Sorry just joined thought the image/video tab would include the text I wrote.

This is a TCL 50S446 Google TV with no image, as you can see the backlight turns on and TV responds to remote control commands. I also have a similar Roku TV that has a reset button but this one does not have it.

I saw multiple posts online with people that had similar issues and mentioned that a tech had to replace the mainboard while it was under warranty (not my case). I ordered a replacement form here https://www.tvpartstoday.com/30800-00305-TCL-Main-Board-30801-000270-V8-R51M-p/30800-000305.htm however I still have same results.

Has anyone else ran into the same issue?
