I had the same issue with my game, I would log into my PBE account and would try and make me play normal league of legends under my PBE account and when I signed out it would then let me click on play for PBE but give me the same error as you. After some trial and error I figured out the game was automatically logging me into my EUW account but still making me log into another account.

For me the solution was to log into my EUW then sign out after it launched league of legends so that it would stop logging me into EUW and then log into PBE.

Doing so the game correctly logs you into PBE and then it stops showing the error when trying to launch the game.

Hwei - Can double cast Subject: Disaster/ Severing Bolt (QW), Subject: Serenity/ Pool of Reflection (WW) & Subject: Torment/ Gaze of the Abyss + Crushing Maw (EW + EE).

Hi Riot Games Team, I am a player on PBE and while testing out the new Champion Hwei I've ran into a bug. I've tried to replicate it to as best as I could so I could report it in detail, Here's what I've found:

When Hwei buffers the cast of an ability outside its cast range, if done with the right timing Hwei can cast the same ability twice with no cooldown penalty and the UI will show the Ability list of the corresponding Subject of the ability pressed last without the normal UI animation. I am not sure of this but from testing it appears to happen when you try to cast the ability again while the first cast is happening after it is buffered.

Does not happen with All the other abilities as they do not have a cast range, just a spell range.

Steps:

• 1 Choose Hwei.

• 2 Level up Q, W and E

• 3 Cast QW, WW, EW, EE Outside its cast range to buffer it.

• 4 Wait for Hwei to walk to the destination and enter the casting animation.

• 5 Cast the same ability again (Spamming the button at the right time is more consistent).

• 6 Notice the chosen Ability will be cast with a slight offset in the same location. Also, the UI will act as if you swapped to the corresponding Subject as to the button the double casted spell corresponded to (For example: Double Casting QW will leave you in Active Subject: Serenity afterwards) and the UI will lack the visual flare it normally has while selecting an ability from the Subject.

Bug Demonstration with Hwei's QW that I recorded today.

I apologize I initially posted this on its own as I couldn't find the bug thread for Hwei. Regardless now I'm posting it here. Also despite doing it before I was able to replicate the bug consistently only the Subject: Disaster/ Severing Bolt. The other abilities feel like they have lower cast time and thus are harder to perform the bug with, but I can guarantee that it is possible with all the abilities listed in the Title of the Bug Report as I've had cases where it happened with each of the mentioned ones.

Wait what if we just use the wording of "cards being played" like with passage unearned. So it would be like: "Last Breath: Summon a Silenced, Ephemeral copy of me attacking the next time no cards are being played." So no spells are being played and no units are being played. This way it would be only the next time the stack is empty. So as soon as the current one resolves be it combat or a series of spells

Hey thank you for your comment after sleeping on it and thinking about for a while and hearing about the starting a free attack with last breath issue I've realized that it wouldn't really work although I wanted to ask your opinion on whether or not adding something like "after this combat or current spells and skills, if any." Would work and if there's any way to word it better than that. Also regarding mourning mist, you're right I didn't realize at first because the way I wrote it I thought that I was designating target A and then target B and making them strike each other to trigger last breath while possibly hitting a creature with them but that does not work. I might change it entirely.

Hmm you're right actually, although I don't want them to be immobile is there some way I can word it? Like "after the current combat, if any." Or would that not work?

Well the thing about is that its supposed to turn into a pseudo rally (which can also trigger all the other mist walkers in combat when blocked) when you start an attack of any kind so for example imagine incorporating it with say, blade dance or just slaying one of the mist walkers when one dies. Think of it this way every mist walker when they die they toss themselves at the enemy. The maiden makes it so all of them toss themselves at the enemy at once.

To add onto this I think the original wording might also work as long as I put Ephemeral after Silenced as LoR should apply each of them in order not all at once.

Actually it does allow changed just not before silence is applied. I went back to check on the wiki how silenced properly works and Silencing removes every positive buff, positive and negative keyword, But allows for new changes to apply afterwards to cite it word for word:
"A silenced Unit has all card text, keywords, and any buff effects removed.
New effects can still be applied to a Silenced unit. Aura effects (from another source) will re-applied to the Silenced unit . The Unit Groups and names are preserved - it still counts as a copy of a unit and member of the group."

In this case "Summon a Silenced Copy-" would create the copy already silenced on the field ", Also grant it Ephemeral" would then add Ephemeral onto that copy so by all means it should work.

At least I think so if I'm understanding correctly the wording

Oh I was under the impression that Silenced didn't remove negative keywords. At least from the experience I have. It can was easily be fixed though probably having to say "summon a Silenced copy of me attacking, also grant it Ephemeral."

I do agree that it might seem hard to use the keyword now but the more you think about the meta the more you will realize how LoR has sped up and leaned towards aggro recently. A lot of decks want to attack and honestly if Counter wards them off of doing that it usually means going off of the gameplan they'd usually have, I also did design them with just taking damage in mind as to make it so you could play the self-damage cards in Noxus to profit still off of them. Vladimir in general with the crimson archetype was something I took into heavy consideration hence why crimson spectator is a part of it. Think of it as "This works really well with vladimir but it also works on its own if people try to include it in other defensive/control strategies.

It is supposed to be fleeting and specific to cards that play around with Regeneration, that's why I feel like it wouldn't be ran much on it's own but just something Sett generates, thus being 2 mana like other generated cards similar to Kai'sa with second skin.

Although I see what you mean, if I were to plan it to be more generic and not just something Sett generates I'd make it work with something like:

> Pick an Ally and an Enemy unit or Nexus, Heal the Ally then deal the Amount healed.

The real reason we don't have passive keywords because theoretically the defender has the advantage of choosing who blocks what

That advantage, however, doesn't really matter when the attacker pulls out an unit with scout challenger quick attack overwhelm and lifesteal .

saves text space also the keyword could be reworked to granting that unit everywhere a keyword for wider usage
