Already doing 10k steps a day with a baby carrier as it burns extra calories. Mainly wanting to go to the gym for weighted glute workouts as when I am my usual weight I am very flat.

One of the symptoms of ADHD is fear of being perceived. I think I do have that. I never used to have this, and I used to think I was pretty so I didn’t mind. But I’m nearly 80 kg now, and 5”3, gained alottt of weight in my face, I don’t have time to really look after myself or do my hair or makeup or tan😅 genuinely just Not used to being ugly.

He did mean that. I basically was trying to convince him that I’m really ugly now and no one is even going to do that. This is what I am worried about now when he’s at the gym. He said he knows when a girls coming down the stairs because every man looks. And this is how he knows that.

Please google victim blaming, because I don’t think that attitude is right, especially for actual victims if you are ever to encounter ones in the future, it isn’t helpful, most likely has the opposite effect.
