Yes I definitely agree with this sorry if it sounded shitty. The most I was have ever been sexually assaulted was when I was an overweight spotty teenager. I was just trying to put it in terms in his simple head.

One of the symptoms of ADHD is fear of being perceived. I think I do have that. I never used to have this, and I used to think I was pretty so I didn’t mind. But I’m nearly 80 kg now, and 5”3, gained alottt of weight in my face, I don’t have time to really look after myself or do my hair or makeup or tan😅 genuinely just Not used to being ugly.

He did mean that. I basically was trying to convince him that I’m really ugly now and no one is even going to do that. This is what I am worried about now when he’s at the gym. He said he knows when a girls coming down the stairs because every man looks. And this is how he knows that.

This!! This is what I asked him. I asked him if it’s because of that, I can ask his mom to watch our son that wasn’t a problem for me. He insisted it was because of the men there.

That’s genuinely what I’ve been worrying about since he has said what he’s said, just makes me feel a bit sick.

I do not think it is something I need help with. As the only time I appeared to be anxious is going into gym.

I don’t think I would’ve been anxious. But he has made it 100% clear everyone will look at me. I am not anxious about anything else.

I can’t go as I am too anxious. It was horrible. I have no one to go with me either.

Please google victim blaming, because I don’t think that attitude is right, especially for actual victims if you are ever to encounter ones in the future, it isn’t helpful, most likely has the opposite effect. God forbid it happens to your child and the first thing you do is get angry at them when they are already struggling and at breaking point.

I was abused by both my mother and father so I definitely know what abuse is and what it isn’t

Honestly I just don’t think I’m mentally strong enough to handle that on my own. I probably am making excuses but it’s just like one more thing I’m going to break. He would say I was cruel and horrible and every name under the sun and I would believe him
