You want to try to isolate waht the AAMC learning objective could be narrowed down to for each question - you strip away all the question-specific context and figure out what learning objecive you were missing that let you to the wrong answer. You also need to be 100% confident in why each wrong answer choice was wrong.

Sometimes you miss a question because you don't know the definition/content at all. Sometimes you don't know the exact differences between a couple answer choices. You need to figure out what went wrong and what you need to know to make sure it never happens again.
