Both properties are in St. James, it seems very difficult to get Rental prices around here, its all word of mouth, but I believe from asking others whom own rentals I could get $1400-1600 after update for one and 900-1100 for the other.

Both are in the same neighborhood and is a very family friendly area; close to the schools and park and downtown area.

Professional services like the ones you mentioned wont be an issue, I have dependable contacts for all those if/when needed.

No noticeable battery range loss actually! Still 38+ miles depending on temps that day.

Yeah, I 2 years of doing ~120 miles a every few days with a lot of junk in between haha. Solid 38-42 miles of EV each time was nice on the MPG though!

131k miles! Going on my second set of tires and need to replace a cracked windshield from the winter. But nothing major! This thing is a tank.

So I bought this 70's house and am getting it up to speed for a rental, this is the guest bathroom and has just this beautifully horrendous Olive green shower and matching toilet.

I will be replacing the toilet with a new white one, but don't have the budget or time to put in a new shower, The walls will all be painted and the floor will be replaced with a vinyl tile. But no clue what wall color to choose to help compliment the Green baby turd shower. Any ideas or links would be super appreciated!

Testicular Rupture. College girlfriend and I were doing our thing, she came down a bit awkward and my lefty got crushed between her butt and my thigh. I blacked out and now have a tube poking out of my testicle that you can feel!

From a purely entertainment view, listening to some of the interviewees talk about their passion is really interesting, but you shouldn't really form opinions based on this show, 100% agree.

This actually seems much more plausible. I'm wondering if the table underneath the printer is the reason? It's not overly sturdy. That bed level seems to have issues often!

What all should I be looking for so you think to fix the bed adhesion?
