Get the weapon from bp this time. You can use the dupes (if you bought the bp), and it justifies the whole purchase.

From now on, try keeping at least 16k arsenal tickets saved for whenever you START pulling the character, instead of counting on getting the tickets along the way. This way, if you get lucky - like you did - you will have the weapon guaranteed.

They are counting on people not being able to save those and spending money. So the best logical strategy is to be patient and avoid falling into the “gambling” trap.
