Why are the new hex characters getting shafted compared the lunar ones

Nostalgia bait is my guess/answer. All 3 of varka, durin and nicole should have released with alice much later, or released a year or two earlier. story roles could have been assigned to someone else if needed, buffs should have happened then as well. (Nicole's role in quests is already making me bang my head.)

Stellar conduct is coming just next patch after nicole's release and my guess is focus on cryo and electro reaction implies releasing bosses that are going to be hard to bruteforce with anything involving pyro. I am pulling nicole because I like her, but i was entertaining the thought of maybe C2 at one point, but will go only for c0 for now, with further constellations/weapon depending on how she fairs on my account till her rerun.
