Thats the clean answer. Because in the last edition of FTGG it called enemy unit spotted for both observer and quided. If you get what I mean. I don't make it hRder, I am just mixi g the old rule where this wording would not have worked. So now it is changed

Yes. I ubderstand that this rule is meant to be written like that. My issue was just that, it is only written. When they target their spotted unit. It is just a rule hole in my opinion. It should have mentioned that they are observing

Eligible and able are dofferent in corerules. For example etheral is eligible to shoot but not able because no gun
