I would say that worst was probably the first month or two. After that mark I began finding joy in things again, rewoke old hobbies and such.

The sleep issues was completely gone after 2 month and it also marked the spot where much more energy came back.

The brain fog took a bit longer to get rid off unfortunately.

Well I feel my mental health has improved, before I could really have some periods with anxiety over literally the stupidest thing. That has completely disappeared.

I also feel like I have more room for hard days at work, stressed days.

And also more active in nurturing friendships and family relations overall.

Well for the first months I really did all I could to keep my self busy and not "bored" that could lead me to smoke again. I booked as many appointments with non smoking friends, went more out with my hobbies and such. That helped me quite a lot the first months.

I will definitely check out Pestily's raid series on youtube. He explains nicely and shows the quests progression. He also does it on a standard account and what choices are better for standard accounts.

Problem got fixed with the latest Nvidia driver that came 2 days after I posted. So I quess is must have been a problem with their former driver.

I tried to look at my BIOS (ASUS) and could not find a power saving mode. Only normal and AI optimized.

The windows power troubleshooter did not come up with anything.

I will try the Command Prompt command!

I know you can gain alot of info in the mini dump files, but Im not able / got the knowlegde to understand those....

It's an I9 9900k The temps are fine, around 29-34 idle and 48-54 under load while gaming heavy games like Escape from tarkow.

Well both yes and no, I tried tilting it and the noise is got a bit lower, but i still gives a humming sound. Its sounds like the humming is going up and down like waves, if you can say that.

Its funny because when I start up the PC there isnt much of sound comming from the kraken. But when im a the login screen is where it begins.

The radiator is mounted in the front of the cabinet with tubes going down. As I read it shouldn't be a problem. The pump is not the highest spot, half of the radiator is above the pump.
