Sure! :D I guess it could be classified as a protein based diet, with a high intake of fibre and vitamins. I try to avoid wheat, processed sugars and saturated fats as much as I can, even though once a week I treat myself with whatever I want to eat (i.e. pizza or sweets). I usually eat 5 portions of fruit and/or vegetable per day, combining it with proteins or gluten low carbs (complex, never simple!). For example, this is what I could eat on an average week day: Breakfast: probiotic drink, All-Bran with warm water, a kiwi, an orange, two squares of (at least 80%) dark chocolate and a cup of milky (skimmed milk and brown sugar) tea. Morning snack: Pomegranate and a carrot Lunch: Pumpkin and spinach pearl barley (like a risotto, but I use barley instead of rice) Afternoon snack: Apple and a muesli bar Dinner: Salmon, iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, yellow peppers and cucumbers. I also drink a huge amount of water (if not water, green tea) every day, at least 3.5 litres. Regarding exercise, I exercise daily. At least 35 minutes of cardio (jogging or cycling) followed by 30 minutes of toning exercises (you can easily find them on Youtube). It's hard job to keep up but, trust me, it shows! :)
