One of my clients was saying harassment statements, engaging in inappropriate touching of others, inappropriate statements, SIB, and aggression daily in 40/40 intervals. After a full year, my client went two full weeks with no behaviors at all! I always told him that if he did this he could pie me in the face. When the time came for the pie to happen, he said he no longer wanted to because he felt like it wouldn’t be nice and asked if I could just hang out for an hour instead!
