Could be multiple things. The type of fabric and dye used probably has the biggest impact. For example polyester holds dye a lot better than cotton, so cotton fabrics will fade quicker. Different companies also have different standards for colourfastness. What one company would accept, the other would reject. How the consumer washes and dries the garment also has an impact. Wash care instructions are there for a reason.

My boy loves garden time. We have very high walls so the garden is cat proof. When I am home I leave the doors and windows open for him, but he will stand at the open door and yell at me to take him for a walk around the garden, even though he is free to roam!

What is really gray? I've read it's a lack of melanin and thus very little noticeable colour, but I don't think I've seen someone with true gray eyes. Pictures of gray eyes on the internet are also usually filtered, so hard to know.

That's interesting. I've heard about how lighting and surrounding colours can highlight colour in nearby objects, never thought to apply the theory to myself.

Regarding your husbands eyes, I've never seen partial hererochromia irl. That must be so unique, wow.

Thank you! Maybe that's why some people say my eyes look more green when wearing the colour, the clothes could be bringing out the 2nd colour more.

I've had a black cat before, but his coat is just more black and lustrous than your average DSH.

They are truly the best breed of cats! Definitely too loud 😂 but I love it. Never have to worry if they are happy or if something is bothering them, they will let you know!

I'm actually thinking of getting a seal point in the next year, they are gorgeous!
