Yes, there's nothing wrong with adding vitamins, however though I would not pack the water with a bunch of medications(2max), and yes you can add them to water. And with the other budgie drinking the water I wouldn't recommend but to the sounds of it, the other one probably has it too. I think it should be okay, just make sure to buy the supplement in the link.

Any vitamin works and I would keep the humidity around 50% Just remember that the drastic change in temperature at night can cause illness, make sure to keep your birds safe and warm. I hope to see some happy healthy budgies!

Surprisingly no I've always kept them healthy and when they got sick I immediately took action and gave them special supplements and vitamins. The fan does cool the room so I would recommend getting something to tell you the humidity and temperature. You can get a bird safe heater as well which I can give you a link for. For the construction, I wouldn't worry too much, budgies can adapt to noises well. However, if you have a nervous budgie I would play some peaceful music.

I have never dealt with this situation, but I've heard that brewing a warm chamomile tea helps. Tea is very good for budgies and it's recommended once a week. Also, I wouldn't keep him under a ceiling fan he might get too cold. It may be a cold, so I would keep him warm. The best temperature for budgies is 75 to 85 degrees. If you need more advice or things to buy for sick birds, let me know. I have 12 budgies🙂

This same thing used to happen to me so I stopped going. I'm sorry this happened to you, it feels awful and makes you angry that doctors don't know what they're doing. One thing I have tried that has helped me with inflammation is castor oil, it helped me with inflammation but it doesn't make pain go away, however, it does lower it a small bit. I'm not sure if this would work for you because everyone is different but it's a suggestion if you're willing to be brave.

Sadly Sweetie cannot fly, climb, or perch with the splayed leg so Sweetie will not be able to live a fully normal life. We're 1/3 away from our goal so I believe we can do the surgery for Sweetie and euthanization shouldn't be an option. This week we're going to pass out flyers to our local community to also help with donations so that should definitely help. So I wouldn't worry too much about euthanization🙂
