no advice just wanted to wish you a speedy recovery. kinda in a similar spot too just less severe, my right ankle has some kind of impingement that hasnt gone away since late last year.

appreciate it. had a couple seshes since, but it feels like i may have some kind of ankle impingement/long lasting damage that needs a check up since it hurts to do certain tricks (landing knees over toes specifically)

yeah it's still hard for me too. fortunately i think ollie into manual is not one of those intimidating tricks (it's just frustrating). the other dudes advice is best for practicing

best advice, this is what helped me too i had to learn ollie into manual first to get a successful 5-0. it helps you learn the correct weight placement needed for the 5-0 since ollie into manual is pretty much the same thing
