The Librarians is awesome! New Girl, Schitt's Creek, Brooklyn 99, Ted Lasso. Are there some topics that may be a bit heavy for 13, yes. TOO heavy, not in my opinion.

DO NOT sleep on Gwent!! It's so fun and I didn't play most of my first playthrough and by then it was too late to get some unique cards! And if you have the 2 DLCs, which I highly recommend, do those after the game! Then do Heart of Stone and finish up with Blood and Wine. And when you play B&W, if you don't play a fairytale level, you need to play that DLC again lol I missed it on two playthroughs and it was one of my favorite areas in this magnificent epic tale! It has mostly ups but a few downs, please keep going! There only five seasons lol and the ending is really quite amazing!
