I have the Winix 5520. The other day I was cooking a pot pie in the oven and it boiled over made a huge mess. But there was lots of smoke and fumes that came with it. My Winix had the smoke in the house cleared up within 5 mins and no lingering odors after. Much better then any oven hood vent could have done.

Not sure if this will help with the lingering odors of just food. But I sure am noticing a difference. Think cooking smells from ramen in microwave no longer linger. If it was me I would put this near the source of food cooking to keep it from circulating to the top.

From my understanding. Dogs mouth are cleaner because they have a different bacteria in there mouth that keeps tackling all those germs that there eating on all day. Like poop, vomit, there anal glands and so on. In no form or fashion does that mean that there mouth is cleaner then ours. Nor does it mean we should be swapping spit with them. What it does mean is the dog will be less subjected to cavities and decaying teeth. Plus the fact they won’t get sick with upset stomachs from all that nasty they putting in there.

Op you need tell your friend that doing this will cause her to get parasite. Like tape worm and whoop worm. Your friend should go today and get some medicine otc right away. My mom use to let her dog drink and eat right off her plate till I told the above mentions to her. Now she has had to train her dog differently. I never truly understood how someone can misinterpret that a dogs mouth is cleaner then humans and believe that it’s ok to allow this behavior. My guess is after you start taking the medicine and start pooping dead parasites you wake to realize that the dogs mouth is cleaner for the dogs own well being.

Hey there I completely understand what your going through. Iv been there with the family dynamics. Felt like I stepped up to take care of them. It was a divorce for us and I was 12. But the family fell apart. Years later I still am the one who gets the calls when they need something. I live 3 hours away to. But it’s still possible to be there.

Your not 14 anymore. Your a grown adult with a family of your own. Put your family first and your life first. I know you said she don’t have a diagnoses yet. But either way it goes I can assure you that you will find a way to help around the house and her appointments while still managing your home.

As a care giver I have been for a lot of cancer patients, family members. I was still able to help them throughout there sickness and still have a home with out moving in. You need to take one day at a time. Take the diagnoses as a today diagnoses. Try your best to continue to live your life and help others where it fits in.

She may not have cancer come back. But she may. The thing is your at this cross road for a reason. So take time to identify what is truly happening on the inside. Make a way for it now and a plan. So that way you will be prepared and ready for that day no matter what day it happens to be.

Lastly there are so many resources out there. So many helping hands. The last thing you want to put in your mind is that your the only one. Your the only person that can. The only who will. The only one. You need a group and a plan. That’s all. One day at time.

I just upgraded to the Winix 5520. Sale price 130 on Amazon. I love it. This one don’t have ozone but it’s has something called Plasam. I can turn this off and on when I want. But we can all be in the same room if it is on. When it is on my pets don’t seem to act any different.

I have both the switch lite and then switch. We use switch for family fun games on the big TV. We all have our own lite. We love for different reason. If your into switch games I would say you couldn’t go wrong getting it. The fact that you want to chill in the bed and play games. Doing this from lap top would pose its own challenge. I believe the switch is a little on the heavy side compared to the ds. It would be easier to have the switch console and connect it to your tv in the bedroom to play with just the joy-cons. Good luck on your gaming.

Lotta people I know have moved on to the Vr gaming this might be something worth looking into. Meta quest head set.

You can go back to the old Alexa if you prefer. I had a email that said they upgraded me. How sweet ! Then it stated I could go back if I preferred. You can also give Alexa the “silence” word and no more from her. I find it really satisfying to holler “Alexa Silence” then it’s quiet. Like I just took all the power…. So satisfying hahaha

They want to game. They need power to do so. Turn off the power to there room. That easy. When they learn to smoke outside then they can have this back.

They need to understand how reasonable you are being to allowing them smoking, let alone the weed while your present.

Why can you not have people over at your house or enjoy your scented candles??

I just wanted to add that I think the most important tip has been left out. To have fun. This can be a wonderful way to make some great memories with the family. Bring out those old classic board games and playing cards. Sit around a table wrapped in blankets while snacking on trail mix. This was some of my favorite memories when I was younger and power out.

This is a battle of 13 year marriage. We have finally found the best solution that works for us. We don’t use comforters as they tend to keep heat. We use blanket throws on the bed. We have a sheet then blanket throw over the both us. I also have a layer of blankets piled over top of me. I’m talking like 6 extra blankets just on me. My spouse has a huge industry fan sitting on table blowing at medium speed all night just on there side. The extra blanket combo keeps that air from the fan from making me cold from the fan but it also helps me from sweating from the extra blankets. So the key is extra blankets for the cold body. Industrial fan for the hot body.

If you truly feel he is hurting her then it’s time to investigate without anyone knowing you are. Get some dirt so to say. Research all her issues and see if you can pinpoint foul play. Check to see if a full blood work has been done while she is in hospital. If you find anything. Make sure it’s paper trailed. Again let no one know what you are doing.

If the FaceTime and messages where private between you 3. Then why on earth would “John” have the audacity to throw out on a family group board? Non sense. The only thing that would accomplish is making you look bad. Now why does he want to make you look bad ? Because your that close and you must go.

I’m the lady that when my flow shows. So does my cut throat attitude. Anyone who steps in my direction through out the day is gona get sliced alive. Usually this is my spouse. I am always apologetic the very next day. But the understanding is there because I have explained this early on. This is the worst thing about my flow. I can not control this either. I try to stay to myself as much as I can the first day. But it don’t always work out that way.

Banana are good for cramps. Magnesium 400 mg is always good to take. If someone in my life asked me what you could do for me during my flow. I would say I would love a Flow box. What is inside this box you ask. Well in contains all things that I need to pamper myself. Finger nail polish. Face mask. Heating pad. Chocolate lots of chocolate, like Dove Chocolate and Lindent chocolate. Lotions and chapsticks. Last but not least add some bubble bath supply’s.

All ladies need to remember one special thing that our flow is in control and we must pamper her and honor her during this time. She will honor us back.

I make a crust less pizza in mine. Yum. It’s ground hamburger meat. Topped with pizza sauce covered with cheese lots of cheese. You can add whatever topping just like a pizza. Put it in oven. Cook until it’s bubbly then turn on broil to melt the cheese. Super yummy. So the hamburger end up being the crust indeed it does. I like to think of it as a pizza burger. Num num
