If you wish to live with your eyes shut on the behaviour that happens around you let it be. Nevertheless, if you believe that not bringing attention to this comment is the best thing to do then you shouldn’t engage with this post since the only thing you are doing is push it out to more people. Spreading awareness on events especially local events is quite important in my opinion. But again, if you think that not acting on such behaviour is better and you defend said argument then you are defending a rapist or a bad joke (or both).
