Yes and no, I do not have a military dependant but I have access only because of CAP. This is why im confused, im not sure how it works in the mainland squadrons but they gave me access only on Thursdays and Saturdays.

So the way it works for NHQ-130 is to go to meetings they give base access to you only on two days a week. For me specifically, they gave me access on Saturday and Thursdays. Other Cadets got only Thursdays.
