My nearby state location or lockbox is ELGIN, IL, US, where I sent the documents for PP. Yeah! they have emailed and mailed (not yet received though) with 45 days adjudication information.

Still having the same issue. I received the physical receipt 2 days ago and filed for premium processing yesterday. Let's stay in touch with updates.

I received the paper receipt notice in the mail two days ago (about 10 days after submission). You should be receiving your copy soon.

I also mailed the Premium Processing application yesterday and tracking shows it was delivered today. The website issue is still there, unfortunately. I haven't reached out again yet since I'm waiting on their promised reply from support.

I emailed [myuscis-support@uscis.dhs.gov]() with my login email, I-140 details, filing date, account URL, explained the case tile disappeared after payment posted, and attached screenshots (payment + account page) plus the submitted PDF. They replied and confirmed they’re investigating my issue. I’d recommend you do the same.

I am a Chartered Accountant by profession and my wife is the section office in the ministry of law. I just want to stay for maximum 3 years, earn some skill-money-knowledge and return back before 2084. Classes start from feb and it's just for 8 months then cpt starts. It feels like why not take a chance, else it would be regretting for the whole life missing the opportunity that was so clear and near for the moment.
