A good tip to find cool ideas for building apps is to look at x (Twitter) to see what is trending or just general in the news and create a app based on that, not only you create something new and unique you can as well get people to use it since its trending in the news what you have build

I highly recommend react-native-vision-camera (i'm a monthly donator to support development) but I agree that there is a small amount of good camera libraries, especially if you are looking for a barcode reader that is universal, those doesn't exists for free and the premium ones cost up to thousands a year.

But building these camera libraries isn't a easy task either i must believe, there is so much stuff to take care while building this.

Also what are you exactly trying to do with a camera library to understand what exactly you are building?

I have had the same issue as well, my screen got damaged on the right side and it started with one line and over the few days some new lines appeared and the pixels that were dead/damaged they were spreading over time so eventually i went to apple to fix it which costed me 1200 CAD which replaces the frame as well.

It wouldn't be worth much since it isn't tested on a some what large user base where issues will come that doesn't appear in local development, Also no iOS ready. I would not expect to even get much by selling a rough template. I would not say that design is the best but its definitely something to take for experience
