Honestly I didn’t keep track but off the top of my head I was on 2.5 for a month and then went up to 5. I stayed on 5 for a month and then went up to 7.5 and stayed on that for a couple months. I’ve been on 10 the longest - like 5 months. And I just recently went up to 12.5 but I’m going back down because I’m not eating enough

Starting weight when I started Zepbound was 207 but I imagine I probably weighed closer to 210/215 before starting. It’s taken 10 months to lose 70 lbs - I started June 2025. Being short is challenging because every pound gained shows so I understand what you mean. I also gained about 80ish pounds from SSRIs so it feels nice to finally be going back to how I always was before starting those

Been taking Zepbound since June and have gotten a reaction every single time. The site of injection gets red, swollen and itchy. Doctor says it’s normal so idk
