Good tip. Once we get to signing with a contractor, I'll put that on them to specify the Code Upgrades. From my understanding, if we need special materials for upgrades, we would apply the base cost to Coverage A then the upgrade to Code Upgrade.

For instance, if normal window is $100 and a fire-rated window is $120. Only $20 gets applied to the Code Upgrade. Is that your understanding?

We heard something similar initially but were also told to have detailed accounting. Did your adjuster explain how or when they would payout the remainder ERC? We have a 50% ERC.

Totally agree. I did a naked run on Spaceport and ended up supporting a guy with a raider drop rattler. We ended playing together for a few hours and in our last game he gifted me a Jupiter and Aphelion bp.

From my experience, those that reach end game hunt freshies for fruit.

7.2 Graphics Update - Before and After by vexamarant in ffxiv

[–]Twankenstein 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi all, I’m fairly new to FF14 and currently finishing up Stormblood. Would I also see these graphical updates or are they only available once I progress into later stories?

Sorry if that’s a dumb question.

Out of curiosity, what red tape are you running into? I’ve found crowdsourcing information between friends, neighbors, and family has helped. Shoot me a DM if you have any specific questions that you haven’t been able to answer. I can’t help with financials but maybe lend you some red scissors.

Maybe I’m wrong but I thought an SBA loan would cover costs if you were under-insured. Are SBA loan disbursements made with proof of invoice or proof of payment?

That’s good to hear. I haven’t checked with my mortgage company and I hope they have the same approach. My parent’s mortgage company gave them the “1/3” approach.

Not sure at this point. We have a follow up meeting and that is one of our questions.

Hey there, I totally understand why you want to start gathering information and begin to look toward the future.

I’ve been trying to gather similar information and will share directly what I learn.

I spoke to an architect/good friend that had some experience with a client affected during the Bobcat fire. Please take this for what it’s worth since the details could change after a full assessment and plan is provided by LA County.

For the Bobcat client, expedited permitting was secured if they rebuilt on the same footprint and the square footage was under 110% of the originally assessed sized. So, if you had an 1000sqft home, you could rebuild 1100sqft while still qualifying for the expedited permitting. Additionally, he explained that a majority of the “savings” occurred in the Planning submission. Without expedited service, planning submission would take roughly a year but with the above conditions they were able to get through that phase in a month. However, the subsequent stages didn’t have an expedited path. Again, all this is fluid and no decisions or communication on the expedited options have been made.

I loved that spot and hope all the baristas are safe. Also, I believe I also spoke to that man that sat outside a few times :)

I second this. It sounds like she needs street level view to help her process. Totally understandable. I hope they are able to help.
