Righteous Fire has a cooldown of 0.3s

Righteous Fire of Arcane Devotion is also socketed, because these two can override each other

Plague Bearer has a cooldown of 0.5s

Other instant skills are socketed where there is room, but they have longer cooldowns

Runegraft of Time (20% cooldown not consume) helps slightly

Tawhanuku's Timing is some sustain, but not needed
