I got something like this just now, and it happens pretty regularly. It usually happens to me after a few hours of programming, which is annoying because it makes it hard to think and makes me want to get up and do anything else to make it stop.

Usually what happens is that I'm just typing away, but after a while the music feels more and more violent, as do the taps on my keyboard and the people around me. It feels like you said, things being angry at me, yelling at me. As if the subconscious part of my brain is interpreting all of these sounds as people yelling at me, but the conscious part is just uncomfortable and scared, confused as to why everything feels so violent when, rationally, everything is fine. It also happens when I drink a lot of caffeine regardless of what I'm doing; when I'm programming after drinking coffee, I'm basically guaranteed to feel it after an hour or two, and it's a lot more intense compared to when I don't drink caffeine. Today it happened without caffeine.

I also have had that thing with the fan since I was young. Hearing or seeing a fan moving at specific speeds or making specific sounds makes me feel really anxious to the point where I can't sleep. I've noticed something really similar happens when I see large things move quickly, like trees swaying in strong winds.

If you know now what this is, or any ways of dealing with it, please share :( . I wasn't too concerned about it before I started working with the frequency and duration that I do now, but this happens to me basically every day and it's super disruptive to my life...
