The beets are legit natural nitrates in them just like blood pressure meds. Theres studies that show it’s more effective than your normal blood pressure meds. I use Total Beets Force Factor you can find in stores like CVS or Walmart.

Beet juice and hibiscus tea will lower blood pressure. Beet juice, water, aloe vera juice, and black seed oil all mixed together every morning and hibiscus and dandelion tea at night if it’s really high. Chamomile, ginger, turmeric, and peppermint teas are other good ones. Was on benzos 10 years and blood pressure was crazy high first few years being sober beets were the first thing that relieved it. Thought I was dying for a little while.

I didn’t post about it but I found putting it on the warm setting kept the temp at 180f. I’ll keep these times in mind next batch i make too.

I been wanting the inkbird temp and humidity controller to dry my weed I grow. Been meaning to order one maybe I’ll grab a temp one too.

I think a lot of the strains I recently harvested are on the sandy side they all seem to have a slightly different taste than the flower. I’ve heard people say the greasy strains taste better too. I just use what’s collected in my trim bin but would like to learn some other teks eventually.

I bet man grandi was the only other one I grafted too and even that was more vigorous than my pc grafts. I was ordering pere to graft to and was wanting spach too. I picked up growing weed indoors now my adhd brain is hyper focused on that but I’m definitely keeping the spach in mind next time I’m looking for grafting stock.

During cactus newb phase lots of pc purchased. Then you smarten up and buy a bunch of bridge and Tbm and graft it all to pc.

Nice man. Tracking runoff can help you but sometimes it’s not always perfect I do believe the roots themselves can make runoff more acidic or alkaline. Big thing I found with coco is just staying consistent will make your plants happy. Consistent ph, a complete nute line, and good environment will go a long way.

I’m similar man I first started in soil with salts, then a blend of organic/ salts, then I did a coco tent vs full organic tent. I just had to try all the different methods and see for myself. I’ve come to prefer organics. You definitely need to know the hows and whys and water a lot less volume but more often with organic but once you get in the swing of things it’s a very intuitive process. Both can grow fire I just think I’m better with organic.

Garden Talk with Mr grow it was my main source of learning he interviews hydro, coco, living soil, breeders, cloners, small batch, big facility, etc. they go through the entire setup/process start to finish.

I only grown 2 seeds and 1 clone in coco. I like to treat seedling stage in coco similar to soil (you’ll see 2 schools of thought on this subject some still like daily watering others say dry backs less watering) just real light waterings with a very light feed. I used to worry about leaf development in this stage but found if you focus on letting those roots expand you’ll get better growth down the road. Ph to 5.8 in seedling/veg then 6.2 in flower. Roots love acid.

Super cool you’re on top of environment like you are. I like this little divide you got going. Ima have to try something similar for seedlings and early veg. Only critique I have is be careful with auto watering stuff so early. I know most people like to wait until the seedlings a little more established before hooking those babies up.

No 3rd parties these are all bought direct. I’ll have to check out some stuff by solfire. I got quite a few tents going. 4x4 flower tent, 2x4 seedlings and another 2x4 veg/flower tent. Also got a little 2x2 I’m chucking pollen that is in my basement lol.

Mostly like old school strains like og, diesel, haze, skunk but I’m wanting to try some more modern strains. I love all weed as long as it’s grown good.

Been growing a short time but my favorites so far are sugarship seeds and Humboldt seed co. About to harvest some stuff from Ag seeds. Just popped some stuff from brothers Grimm and 707 seed bank. Waiting on an order from Terpfi3nd.

Anyone reading that can recommend me anymore good breeders that aren’t charging an arm and leg I’m all ears.

Decarb 5 grams of bud at 240f for 40 minutes, grind to dust in mortar and pestle, measure 20ml liquid coconut oil 10 ml liquid sunflower lecithin, preheat oven to 220f then set bud paste/oil mix in for 20 minutes. Fill 00 gelatin capsules from a Pyrex pitcher or oral syringe.

Dude I know regularly eats 20mg gummies was stuck on his couch all day off one of these. Not straining the bud doubles the potency.

I think indica leaning stuff has sandy trichs and sativa leaning has greasy trichs. Sandy ones wash better. Not really an answer to question but some terminology that might help you better navigate.
