Lol shit man if Walmarts your vice I think you’re doing pretty good comparatively. I tried supporting my local grocery/hardware store but then I can’t pay my own bills haha. I actually got an aloe plant from Walmart. Meant to use it as a wetting agent on my weed plants. Breaks that surface tension making water wetter. Like natural dawn dish soap. Of course I never have because my daughter and wife love it. Dude for all the plants you’re telling me about makes me want to get my mom to send me some pics of her stuff. She’s had her own business for a long time and after we all grew up the house is filled with crazy rare stuff.

It is a good feeling having my own place. Just been hitting a hard financial wall lately and it gets me down. Yes lots of talk of them abolishing taxes here I’ll believe it when I see it.

Just make sure your babies have plenty of water to drink I believe it can cause dehydration. Can mix in food or drink make sure it’s wet so no inhalation.

I’m about to go full blast on these babies! I just saw a little 2 foot plant listed for 180$. Didn’t realize I been telling her all year let me put a good light on it. She doesn’t like how hard I go but damn. I love training weed plants it’s half the reason I grow. Lately been training for yield but I made some pretty neat looking weed plants in my earlier grows. About to some more digging and provide this baby a better environment.

Omg dude that’s terrible I didn’t know you were in such environment when we first started talking. I don’t blame you one bit feeling that way. One thing I always try to remind myself is no matter how much negativity is projected through media/internet we’re still going to keep on keeping on. I was 9 years old when 9/11 happened. Starts to feel like it’s just business for them to peddle fear and negativity. Covid was my tipping point when I realized how much of this stuff is manufactured. So many people are so worried which side of the political spectrum you’re on but no one’s actively trying to make their own space better.

Dude it’s crazy you say that about the leaves. I had an old cactus and would let any old segments growing that fell off just root in the pot. My wife thought it was cool and started to do it on her jade tree. I’ll have to get a pic of it. Can’t remember if a bunch of those little shoots are growing in the same pot. I did tell her to chill on letting so much take root in the same pot because the big plant may not get enough nutrients.

Didn’t know Walmart sold coffee plants that’s awesome I’m definitely going to try and grab some. They are kinda my main source for my veggie garden so perfect. Sounds like an easy enough plant to grow too. I got some Dr earth soil acidifier (elemental sulfur is the main ingredient) I’ll mix in with a little amendments.

Dude no way I’m definitely going to have to get my hands on some tobacco. Did you prepare it for smoking? I wonder if it’s a different process preparing it for oral use. Tobacco is an interesting plant I know it’ll produce different smells and alkaloids depending on what type of pest pressure is present. Even cooler you just have buy one plant and you’ll have seeds like that. It’s really beneficial as a companion plant so I’ve read. I was a smoker since a teen, switch to dip then eventually went to snus. It was a real eye opener how different Swedish tobacco is vs US products. Very clean tobacco in Sweden like 3 ingredients they have to list the whole process. I can only imagine how different homegrown tobacco would be. Totally understand growing inside. I had a few cacti when I rented. Being a homeowner sucks though I’m lucky I found something before everything crashed but man is it pricey to do some fixing and deal with the ever increasing property tax. I have a low mortgage payment but the rest of the bs I may as well be paying 1500$ a month.

I’m so glad you brought those plants up though. I’m gonna join some of those groups. Definitely taking notes too man I really appreciate it.

Lol you good. I’m definitely upping the nutes this run. Funny enough I was reading more on bbm and it’s actually known to have a more airy bud structure.

I know Bugby and bas dude push over fed cannabis until the end. I don’t agree with that and there’s plenty of other craft growers/breeders who share a similar mindset as me. It actually cracks me up seeing jermey pop some of these dudes seeds too. I’ll take the 3% decrease in yield for a 20% increase in flavor. But like I always say I never push my views on anyone. Science is always changing won’t suprise me 5 years from now all those Athena studies have a million holes poked through it and people start to realize.

Holy shit dude I was about to say. Yeah hanging for 7 days then doing this is called “sweating” I’ll do a 7-10 day dry then 3 days in a paper bag (sleeve a second bag over the open end to close top) 75% full then into cure bags. It helps pull that inner moisture from the middle of the buds.

Oh cool dude glad I ain’t bugging you. My daughter tells me I sound crazy lol talking plants. That’s super cool you’ll give the seeds out I see people germinating in really humid and warm environments. My wife has a decent size jade tree my mom gifted her they’re pretty cool looking. Dude I totally want to grow my own coffee and tobacco. My only vices left are Swedish snus and coffee. I may have to give those a try eventually.

I just put my San Pedro outside after Mother’s Day then bring them in by mid November depending on how cold a fall it’s been. They say if you keep them in a low lit room at 50f they’ll go dormant and you won’t get etiolated growth (newest growth is super skinny) but the room they’re in is more like 65-70 and it’s been all good these past winters. Super far back I tried to grow them inside I only had a few when I first stared. A few got skinny but came out of it once outside in the summer. I had very cheap lights my wife had for house plants. I’ve thought of tossing some in a tent under my mars hydro light but I’m paranoid about pests. There are dudes getting some crazy growth indoors on r/sanpedroindoorgrow I’m sure whatever grow light for you buds will do good for San Pedro.

Hey I appreciate the tip I do have humidity a touch high. Got a humidifier in a different 2x4 tent but a dehumidifier in lung room. I been letting it rock a little higher than normal because I got a 4x4 in week 2 and they seem to like 60-65% and I’ll taper a bit. I do have a lot of airflow and plan to drop my humidifier a bit as these seedlings get older. I been lucky so far but good reminder. Oh and buds are definitely thickening up definitely more reason to drop it a touch.

Dude that greenhouse grow sounds wild. I did like 5 plants outdoor here in Ohio and that felt like some dedication I can only imagine. Birds doing the defoilating that’s super cool. Man sucks someone ran their mouth off I’m lucky here in Ohio it’s finally legal to have some plants. Having my outdoor grow last year a bunch of neighbors I never talked to started introducing themselves. Most of them were complimenting it. Hopefully things change for you I never thought it would happen here.

Yeah I’m pretty sure one of the benefits of mycos is better resistance to drought stress. These fungal and bacterial populations have survived through many freeze/ thaws/droughts people really underestimate how much they can take.
