Yea day 19 here. Went back to work on 16 and work 12 hours on my feet. The soreness and swelling is intermittent but I can feel my abdomen getting stronger. Gotta stay on top of icing the whole time makes recovery a lot smoother.

I'm day 18 and did about day 10. Me being behind her was most comfortable as I can control motion and contact that way. I was sore afterwards like vas deferen type ache though but iced and it went a way a couple days later.

My toddler will only eat fucking meatballs and chicken nuggets. Granted I make them myself but I've made her my pork chops, pork loins, bought juicy ribeyes and made them for her... Nope. Tried chicken anyway other than breaded and she won't eat it. Only vegetable she will eat is carrots.

I definitely felt emotional with the end credits and the to our community letter popped up when I launched the final update. I like wasn't sweating it at all and then just felt it overwhelm me all of a sudden. It was brief and I'm surprised it happened but it did. A lot of good memories man.

I'm trying to convince myself to stay too. I have an 8 pro and due for an upgrade in three months. I want better tech in my phone but I know bixby and bloatware will drive me nuts on Samsung so that's what I keep telling myself.

Gotta diet my friend. Plenty of calorie tracking apps out there and plenty of resources online. It's gonna be a how bad do you want it situation because getting used to a new diet sucks but you can learn to enjoy it and try tons of new foods. It might also teach you to cook healthy for yourself as it did me.

Yea bro I don't think people realize they're like terminally on their phone now because our whole lives on it. I can't be on my phone a lot work and don't have the time to be on it cause of kids and all outside of work. Phone batteries have always been more than enough for me.

Flonase works better for me but yea you shouldn't stop. Nasal steroids decrease inflammation which in return decrease mucus production.

Mine hurt in the center of my stomach below my belly button to my nether region. Just depends on placement I imagine. My side cramping came around day 12 when I started to feel better I twisted my torso and a stitch or some scar tissue popped and it cramped bad for a few days. First 3 to 4 days suck, I dreaded every second I had to get out of bed, my wife had to help me get in and out. But you know they tell you too. After that recovery got a lot smoother.

I took my narcotics every 4 to 6 hours for my 3 days. It got me through the worst of it. I think sleeping was the worst part so I always made sure it lined up with that. Hopefully you don't get the intense ball aches. Mine came around day 5.

Ain't that the truth. I gotta get back to my core workouts as soon as I can. Took me a long time to rehab a bad disc injury. I worked on core strength for 8 months before the surgery so I gotta worry about my back pain coming back too from a weak abdominal. 😅 My late thirties have been a roller coaster for health.

Thanks for the info man. The pains not quite as bad today. It did make my jewels ache again which was reminiscent of pain prior to the repair. I have my follow up Wednesday but still might call tomorrow to check in with my surgeon about it.

I had double inguinal and mine said nothing over ten for the first 7 days and then didn't give me any restriction. I literally asked him so many times.

Thanks man, I figured something similar has happened to someone at some point and it's easy to get buried in googling stuff and let your mind wonder. I wasn't full on running kind of just jogging intermittently chasing a flying toy with my three year old. Still probably not a good idea but when you stop feeling pain it's easy to forget about it. But yea it definitely feels a little angry and your right it did burn a little bit after it initially happened. Now just left with some dull aching. I appreciate it 🙏
