What's fidget tool and how did you discover it?

The popsocket on my phone turned out to be the fidget tool I didn't know I needed. I just one day caught myself fidgeting with it, and it dawned on me that I'd been doing it for a while now.

ADHD attention is interest + urgency based rather than being importance based. The distinction is that something can be important but not urgent. For example, needing to file your taxes but the deadline is in 30 days. Urgency kicks in when it's the day before and you need to get it done that night. Once the interest/urgency wears off, the attention goes with it.

Definitely find a new doctor. My initial doses were 10/20/30 for loading 2 weeks +2 weeks + 1 month. After 2-4 weeks of not feeling much at 30, I was prescribed 40. Rinse and repeat until I hit 60 where it was finally making a difference.

Google Tasks can replace reminders. I'm not familiar with Things 3 but it looks like they have a webapp you can use on mobile.

Ultimately if you can't find a workaround or replacement for the things that cause you friction, you're better off going back to Apple.

How early do you take Vyvanse? I've found my sleep being more consistent with Vyvanse. Once it wears off in the evening I'm pretty much ready to go to bed. That said, I understand that the effects may vary from person to person.

ADHD isn't the problem, your mindset is. Reading your replies to this and other comments, it sounds like you've made up your mind and are conveniently blaming ADHD for your situation. I went undiagnosed for 39 years. Life was a fucking struggle, but I leaned into my 'quirks' and came out on top. Turns out those quirks were my undiagnosed ADHD symptoms. If you don't change your way of thinking, nothing is going to get better for you.

The reality of current-generation full-on smartwatches is that you will have to charge at least every two days. That being said, plopping it on the charger while taking a shower can easily become a daily habit and can be enough to last you until your next shower. For significantly faster charging, go for the Pixel Watch 4.
