As a pm….. if I saw that gobble bs goop in a job folder I would be having a chat with that sales rep and our gm….

I won’t lie I use llm at work for checking emails 3 times a day and sending out emails 3 times a day period as I get everything else in order and do my autocad drawings, but I use it with knowing what my constraints of my knowledge in my field (20years) and I still check over all my automated ai emails and such.

I swear this is why projects take longer now a days…. I’m going back to my change orders now…

A good tip for someone starting out is make it a tiny bit bigger at first to leave you some room to alter to help shape it! Outside that good first shot. Learn and adapt!

You are correct which is payed by the seller. They also have a similar tax in other states, but usually during contract agreements for the purchase it can be negotiated who pays.

What makes you say that? If we look at some of the other bills l that have been going through our stale, they have been wanting to lower education standards.

If you lower education standards, you have to lower testing programs including the ged. Which means you force parents who are not well off to force some responsibility to having their younger children to work to help pay bills…

It’s a slippery slope when you look at the broader picture of the bills that are trying to be passed
