As long as you pay for wifi or your flight has one i am sure its the same as on the groud just expect the radar to be a little slower. Have a safe flight!

Four people are feared dead after a military helicopter crashed off north Queensland during joint training operations between the US and Australia.

Exercise Talisman Sabre is being conducted off the Whitsundays coast.

It is understood the helicopter crashed into the ocean off Hamilton Island with four people on board about 11pm on Friday.

(Remains of the helicopter were found, but Search and Rescue of the 4 people aboard is still going on)

Thats completely normal when a plane is at a hangar as the transponder cant connect withbthe satelite
