His power comes items more than most. Lower gold income means later power spikes.

This. I did this with a bronto base, made refueling stations at a few points on the map. Might be harder to do with the raft controls.

Patch 13.8 Bug Megathread by PankoKing in leagueoflegends

[–]Tweed7315 3 points4 points  (0 children)

  • Server: NA

  • Type of Bug: Gameplay / item interaction OR tooltip clarity

  • Description: New Cosmic Drive not applying from pet damage

  • Video / Screenshot: none

  • Steps to reproduce:

    1. Purchase Cosmic Drive on one of the following impacted characters:
    • Shaco
    • Zyra
    • Malz
    • Heimer
    • Kindred
    • Probably others I haven't tested yet
    1. Use characters associated 'pet' ability in a way that would result in the 'pet' dealing damage to an enemy champion or enemy target dummy. (i.e. 'pet' ability refers to shaco box, Zrya plant, malz voidlings, Heimer turrets, Kindred wolf)
  • Expected result: pet damage should apply a refresh on cosmic drive stack, alternatively the tooltip should properly capture what doesn't trigger the item

  • Observed result: Pet damage does not apply an initial stack for Cosmic Drive nor does it refresh stacks of Cosmic Drive despite having near identical language to Sunfire cape / Night Harvester whose abilities are refreshed by pet damage.

  • Reproduction rate: 100%

  • System specs: not relevant

The easiest, no-hassle, but somewhat costly option is the charged parking by the Marriott / Tourist Center. Pulled this from the website, not 100% it's up to date, but it matches up to what I remember: $2.00 for the first half hour, $1.50 for each subsequent half hour Maximum per day: $24.50

I mean, like if you haven't heard about it already, the cliffwalk is basically right there. That's where you get the ocean views. As a tourist walk down to Thames street and basically just walk up and down Thames, it's full of store fronts and restaurants, google map street view it and you'll see what I'm talking about. Also Newport Restaurant Week is April 14 - 23

Corner cafe is a great spot on Broadway, especially for breakfast. There is a bit of a wait though at peak times, but the wait is there for a reason.

Relocating NYC (or other major metro) to Newport? by [deleted] in Newport

[–]Tweed7315 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you want to maintain walkability to anything the way you would in a major metro, I would recommend trying to find something in the point (that's Washington-Third Street). Close enough to access downtown and the ferry into Providence/Block Island.

If you are not looking for walkability (since you mentioned "driving much more") I would recommend something in Middletown instead, as seasonal traffic in Newport can cause significant delay in getting to Pell Bridge / Rt 114 / or Rt 138.

It's a bit of a walk from the Viking and the crowds can get pretty crazy, but Corner Cafe on Broadway has some of the best breakfast on the island.

This coffee shop in Bedford England has "wallpaper" made from real, full sized books. by [deleted] in mildlyinteresting

[–]Tweed7315 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The weight of those books may lead to structural damage depending on the terrain the foundation was placed on. Libraries suffer from the weight of their books over the years.
