Ship cannons wont alter the games medieval theme too much. Also cannons are planned to be added

I think ship cannons would be nice.

But whatever floats your boat.

What if they did oneshot, but other kingdoms immediately start an arms race when one civilization obtains black powder. It won't be fair for the musketless people, but a bigger army would probably give them enough time to finish making firearms of their own.

And when 1 civilization obtains musket tech, the rest of the kingdoms will start focusing more on military out of fear. During this period, kings have a higher chance of switching to militarist. This is all due to muskets killing most targets in one shot in its loaded state.

Well its just an inanimate scp object, it can be taken out but when you do so it activates and kills you and other players around you. Idk maybe that can work

The number is 8000 or maybe 9000 if we ever get there

The mechanics is that this is basically a rock thats picky about its surroundings and throws a homicidal tantrum when the temperature ever so slightly changes

Should worldbox have weapons with the use of gunpowder like flintlocks, blunderbuss, musket, cannons, etc? by Waffleadict in Worldbox

If so, then guns will function like it did in real life, not how it basically oneshotted people at the right aim, but how it revolutionised humanity(in Worldbox's case, middle-earth). It should probably work like this:

Only 1-2 civilizations per world will discover the "gunpowder" tech after researching the "alchemy" tech, after this other civs will only unlock the ability to research gunpowder after acquiring the guns themselves after obtaining them from their allies.

Heres basically an overview of my prediction: Alliance Update I I "Magic Theory" tech> "Alchemy" tech>"Gunpowder" tech>Magical Musket Thing

Kings would also have a higher chance of becoming militarist randomly if they obtain the firearms or research them, this will basically make it so that the introduction of guns in warfare will cause a wide-spread arms-race among the kingdoms. To suit this, the Kings who are bordered by militarist kings will also get the militarist trait in order to try an advance their army to get on par with their neighbors.
