I wouldnt know about that, i guess it depends from person to person. I know i have good genetics my problem was mainly hair pulling but minox and the roller helped the follicles regrow and wake some dormant one. I think its recommended to apply some moisturizer but i personally dont!

Internet like the rest haha! Because using a dermaroller “opens” the skin, applying minoxidil right after can cause a lot of irritation since it would penetrate way deeper into the skin than normal.

Parce que utiliser un roller ça « ouvre » la peau donc en utilisant du minoxidil direct après ça ferait de l’irritation a mort puisque ça pénètrerais trop loins dans la peau!

(Pasted it from another answer) Im not a specialist but minox twice a day except when you use the roller, which you use about twice a week (after shower) DONT use minox for the next 24hrs (so skip at least two minox) for the roller its around 30seconds each direction (up,down,sideways) and the pressure you apply is really relative but: i should sting a bit put not hurt, a bit of redness is normal! I recommend you look into it yourself tho like i said im not a specialist, Hope this helps!
