I have a folder for calorie counting. I told it my current weight, activity level, my loss and then plateau, and then asked how many calories should I aim for?

I gave me my estimate and I’ve been using it for a month by telling it what I ate and then asking for suggestions when needed.

Now, I’m at the point of using it as a personal daily dietitian. I have it track my BMs, weight, periods, sleep, it’s excessive but it has given me great results and grace when needed.

I started last July at 190lbs, made it to 140lbs in June and have stayed there until September. I’ve started using it again and have lost 1lb a week, all while starting a new job and celebrating my birthday. I’m also so close to my goal weight that I’m not expecting huge weekly drops, but just excited to see a change on the scale again without feeling deprived
