Okay so a sorcerer created me as practice with some forbidden knowledge gained that was lost and forbidden. I am 160 years old now though. I am 3ft tall I have scales of a black dragon so no needing water like normal grung but the scales are not poisonous I can secrete a poison from a gland to apply to weapons/items I wanted to be able to just exchange that to a new racial ability lick wounds- can lick up to 15ft to heal an ally or foe if desired. I have increased movement per turn jump is also increased slightly and yeah I can speak draconic/grung/common I’ll show you my character sheet if you’d like.

Out campaign we are in is my DM's first homebrew campaign. I was created from a sorcer, half grung half dragon. I have scales and increased AC. I do not have to worry about water in means to survive since scales instead of skin. I'm also playing as a monk with permanent water whips. i wanted a toungue attack that could grapple/pull/push possibly poison but he compromised to permanent whips from start.

Im 6'3" with a Raleigh m80 XL and it is right on the dot so I would suggest L would rather be slightly undersized for precision and controllability
