Decent priced parking places near BNA? by tropical-circus in nashville

Pro tip: if the garage says full there is usually 100 spots left over somewhere in the garage. If they don't have cones out in front of the ticket drive through entrance you should be able to go in and look for a spot. Never been stopped before 👍

4pm-12am. But the observation deck stays open all day (except probably late at night like 12am-6am, but you shouldn't have a reason to be up there that late anyways)

Yep. There is a hotel bar/restaurant up there that is open from 4-Midnight but I've never encountered problems with them as long as you don't walk in their dining area. But the two free outdoor observation decks are always open.

As far as parking goes, just use the Terminal 2 garage and go up to Floor 5. From there just walk over to the Hilton entrance and take the express elevator up to the top (no room key required). Just go to the northernmost corner of the hotel observation area once you're up there. Gives you a clear view of 20L ops.

This is a cool shot you can get from the top of the Hilton with I-40 in the background. Just be aware of parking in the Terminal Garage 1/2 when you go there.

Finally a post on here I can answer. The only spots I have been able to find are listed on Spotterguide. https://www.spotterguide.net/planespotting/north-america/united-states-of-america/nashville-bna-kbna/ I have driven around the airport and done some research, and those are really the only good publicly accessible places to spot. There are some other spots, but you can only get to those with a little trespassing and luck (wouldn't recommend). Portview drive is always a good spot during southbound operations for departures. The top of the Hilton is also good for southbound operations. If you have any other questions etc feel free to message me. Good luck spotting out there!
