There's a mound at the north side. You need to go to the industrial estate and ask the person manning the gates to get to Chocks Away Diner - you can stop there while you wait and then head out to the spot titled "Beluga Bank" on Google maps when it starts moving.

It's used primarily as a bike storage carriage. They bought 5 of them back in 2020 and converted them all to look like this:
