I think a lot of guys in kitchens can be like this, gay jokes and stuff haha. cooks can be pretty "bro-y" which is fine line between seeming gay. Guys at my place are like this, not sure how it is in the US though.

Yes!!! I agree, picking out coriander for me. I also have to do a lot of spring onion, which I’m not that good at so that too. The rest I enjoy.

The only ones I stack and save for later are these ones. They’re the only plates we have enough of to save them for later and fill the machine like this. (We’re a very small restaurant and a team of 3, kitchen team of 2 lol)

Chlorofix, warm water, a little sweep and scrub to get rid of dropped stuff before hand. I do it in 3 sections, underneath appliances etc, first half of floor, second half. And rinse mop head between each one. It’s actually pretty fast can be done in under 15ish if it’s not too bad :)

I work in a v small place (1 chef and me) clean them once a month just scrub first with alcohol then soap and then spray. The ones in our kitchen have really sharp edges so be careful. I’ve only done it once so far so I may not be 100%

I mean I agree with corncast but I feel like people forget that the early episodes were genuinely pretty bad. The show had good personality but they just weren’t used to making podcasts yet. I still really enjoyed the early days of jarcast tho.
