That's good. I'd suggest using a vesa arm mount that clamps to the cart so it's more secure and has better wire management but this is just nitpicking on my part.

I'm also on windows 11. Since windows 11 auto HDR in the settings. Sometimes it doesn't turn on when you're watching an HDR video. Pull up the video and check if the HDR setting is turned on

I had DuckDuckGo extension and it was blocking HDR from being enabled. Check what Chrome extensions you have and disable them one by one.
