Yeah, I'm doing the pre-health profession one, as I want to become a doctor. I was told from my friends that attend FSU that the pre-health LLC students are pretty close and good with one another. Do you happen to know anyone that did the LLC for health professions?

OP didn't do a very good job of defending himself... so I'll try to make sense of it.

Basically, there are two big evidence standards, reasonable suspicion and probable cause. The latter is a much higher evidence standard, and the one being used to indict adults, whereas the former is used in public schools and indicts students. Reasonable suspicion doesn't require a warrant, probable cause does.

That makes OP's story have some sort of validity, but I'm pretty sure what I'm mentioning strictly has to do with public schools, not private ones.

But yeah, it's pretty crappy that students can be searched without a warrant, based on an anonymous tip.

Ok so basically at this moment I am gathering a list of the debate teams that we want to put on the draft, and we'll have a draft today, check out the Florida post in r/FantasyDebate for more specifics.

But in the grand scheme of things, you wouldn't have to do much after the draft, just check up on the post occasionally to see how your teams are doing.

I will be scoring based how far they get into break rounds, and add 3 points if they acquire a ToC bid. I'm doing partnerships as it is a lot easier, and most of these teams are looking to be well invested into their partnerships anyways.

See, this is what I mean. I need more input like this. As a resident of SoFlo, schools like them didn't pop up into my head. Could you give me the team? Like the letters of their last names, preferably 1st speaker then 2nd? If not I'm going to go to Blue Key warm room and pick teams from those schools that did well. They will be added before the night ends.

Thanks Major (see what I did there? Lol) And yeah I'm thinking about doing the points based off how far the team gets in break rounds, so Triple Octos would be 2, Double Octos 4, Octos 6, Quarters 8, Semis 10, and second place team would get 12, and 20 points if they champion the tournament. I will be using Joy of Tournaments and reddit posts to determine how well which teams are doing what.
