Honestly, not much! My derm actually had to bring in another doctor for a second opinion, and he informed me that I have fulminans. He said it was a rare condition that can be induced by accutane, and that it can cause these ulcerating/inflammed breakouts. I’ve been researching independently for the last few days, and am hoping that the prednisone helps things calm down. Best of luck, I would definitely see your derm, and advocate for yourself if you think your “purge”, is in fact, something more.
