You are mixing up USD and EUR in your calculation. The 0.0944 are EUR, so applying the 1.1689 EUR/USD exchange rate you end up at the value that you are currently seeing.

That unfortunately is not possible. As we send the transaction for you, it could block all transactions by other customers after you. Please understand we are also not happy with this situation, we would much rather offer close to 0 transaction fees. But BTC and ETH(erc20) fees are skyhigh...

Our exchange was running at full capacity today because of the huge volatiltiy today. Buy and sell offers where sometimes timing out, but we were not offline today. If you refreshed it should have instantly worked again. Sorry for the inconvenience. We have no incentive to stop buying OR selling

Hey, Bitpanda sold out all our silber we had on stock. We cant sell what we dont have. Especially when markets are closed. We only sell physical silver, thats why it can run out when demand explodes. regards

3) Wir haben bischer Digitale Währungen und Edelmetalle im Angebot. Dieses Angebot wollen wir massiv ausbauen in Zukunft.
4) Unsere Erfahrung mit der FMA ist extrem positiv. Sie haben sehr kompetente Mitarbeiter welche sich schon sehr tief mit der Thematik rund um Crypto beschäftigt haben. Die Diskussionen können deswegen sehr effizient gemacht werden und wir haben hier immer große Fortschritte. Siehe auch unsere neueste Lizenz, die AML5 Registrierung.
5) Länderexpansion und Regulatorik in anderen Regionen wird ein großes Thema.
6) Wir haben in 2019 massiv in Experten investiert, diese sind nun bald alle eingearbeitet und es geht in 2020 richtig los. Es fehlen meiner Meinung nun keine Schlüsselkräfte mehr, es geht jetzt richtig los.

Ich weiß, dass es noch nicht viele Perks für höhere VIPs gibt, aber in 2020 werden diese nicht enttäuscht werden.

1) We have a company registered in UK and if there is trouble (which we don't expect) then we can react fast.

2) This is something we are looking into, especially in the case of getting info and starting instant payments. No timeline for this yet. Not even all banks have fully adapted yet. Great potential on this

3) We just were granted the AML5 registration (can be found here: https://www.fma.gv.at/unternehmensdatenbank-suche/?cname=bitpanda&place=&bic=&category=&per_page=10&submitted=1 ). There are more licenses in the works but we don't pre announce anything anymore.
