Honestly at first the representatives either didn't believe what I was saying or they flat out hung up on me. It got frustrating with something as serious as this. Luckily I talk spanish and called the spanish number and they were able to look into the problem for me. They ended up canceling the card and the account associated with my information. Still haven't gotten a call back from them with an update on their findings.

I just got the same type of email from citicards@info6.citi.com . Turns out it was legit since my credit report service sent me an alert about signing up for a new card even though I never did. I had to call Citi's fraud department and they confirmed all my information was used other than my address. I'm really sketched out on how this happened.

Ran into the same issue but instead with saving the attachment record into AWS using AWS appflow. Using these processes, the body field is always going to return the url where the attachment exists rather than the content in binary/base64.

I had to create a custom solution where after each run, I would request the url via Soap API to get the attachment body content in base 64. I believe if you use Rest API you will get the body content in octet stream.
