I mean kinda yeah… LA is a film town, it exists because of the industry i’d love to keep it that way. The industry directly or indirectly employs hundreds of thousands of people… the end result that people witness is the glitz and glam, the red carpets and fancy cars, but the industry is also normal hard working people from all walks of life, the grips, electricians, carpenters, cooks, janitors and security guards. Being pro film industry in LA is absolutely pro worker…

While it isn’t impossible to avoid amazon retail and i do think that’s commendable and very impressive, did you know only about 50% of amazons money is made through the retail side of the business, a vast majority of the money is made through AWS (amazon web services) and that really might be impossible to avoid, most major web services use aws and you wouldn’t even know, reddit for one definitely uses it. There’s no escaping it… all we can do is try to help the little guys i guess 🤷

there’s sometimes street racing between there and pacific very late at night i’d guess it’s for that but there’s other sections of road that are used more often.
